Long Term Rentals in Las Chapas

Las Chapas is a popular urbanisation just 15 minutes drive east of Marbella. This is a good choice for long-term rentals as it is a residential area with a gorgeous beach, plenty of amenities and within easy reach of Marbella and Elviria.

The urbanisation was created in the 80s and consists of luxurious villas and apartments built near to the stunning 1,000 meter beach. There are a number of chiringuitos or beach bars to choose from, serving great local food right on the sand. If you want to walk off your lunch, you can stroll from Las Chapas to the pretty port of Cabopino.

This is a popular area for watersports and the kids will be kept entertained by the nearby Funny Beach with its go-karts, trampolines, crazy golf and family friendly bar and restaurant. If you are looking for something a little more refined, Nikki Beach, a stunning beach club famed for its restaurant, legendary parties and VIP clientele is just down the beach.

It’s a very convenient place to live, right by the modern Costa del Sol hospital. Las Chapas is also close to La Cañada shopping centre, which includes many high street stores as well as a huge hypermarket stocking most international brands. If you have children, you will be spoilt for choice for international or Spanish schools. There’s a well-regarded girl’s school in Las Chapas itself, a boy’s school in Elviria and several excellent choices east in Calahonda or west in San Pedro.

As for nightlife, there are several local bars and restaurant. You can enjoy great food and drink in the local beach bars, or in nearby Los Monteros, Cabopino, Elviria or Marbella. If you want to dance the night away, then a short taxi ride to Marbella or Puerto Banus offers a range of options for night owls and party goers.
