Tenant Support Service.

This service ensures you receive the very best care and attention from our Rentals Department both before you rent, and whilst you are a tenant.

Our Tenant Support Service includes the following:

  • Servicing your rental enquiries by email and phone, or attending you personally when you visit our offices
  • Establishing your exact accommodation needs and conducting viewings of suitable homes.
  • Providing legally-compliant D.I.A. (Brief Informative Document) on request for all properties you view
  • Producing comprehensive formal rental contracts in English and Spanish between you and the owner
  • Taking up references on your behalf
  • Holding your security deposit **
  • Providing a ‘Helpline’ during office hours for any property issues that may arise and resolving these with the owner on your behalf (charged to owner or tenant, if call-out or protracted office work is required, depending on what the problem is attributed to) *
  • Providing access to an official Arbitration Panel to resolve any grievances with your tenancy
  • Provision of emergency service out of office hours *
  • Emergency call-out facility with qualified staff *
  • Key-holding and management of keys
  • Provision of local information service
  • Use of Customer Service computer in office for checking e-mail (essentially free for the first 30 minutes, but a contribution to our local charity boxes is much appreciated)
  • Arranging inspection visit and inventory check at termination of tenancy **
  • Rental and utilities payments service **
  • Access to company ‘troubleshooting’ facility to handle any problems with local suppliers or utility companies, etc **

*Any chargeable services are invoiced as and when utilized for immediate or advance payment.
** These services are subject to the owner contracting with HomeCareontheWeb for that particular service package.
